Hiring - Government Authorities & Projects Approval Coordinator (Immediate Joining)

We are urgently hiring a qualified candidate for a Government Authorities Registration and Projects Approval Follow-Up role. If you have hands-on experience dealing with UAE authorities such as Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and Trakhees, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contracting company in Dubai.

Authorities Registration & Project Approval Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Handling registration and renewal processes with DM, DCD, DDA, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities Coordinating for drawings and project submissions, review comments, and approval follow-ups Managing online portals (Dubai Municipality portal, DCD portal, etc.) Tracking status of approvals and preparing necessary documentation Coordinating with consultants, site engineers, and project teams Ensuring compliance with UAE authority standards and regulations Assisting in NOC processes and authority inspections

Requirements

? Must be currently inside the UAE

? Preference for employment / cancelled / residence visa holders (no visit visa)

? Minimum 2-5 years of experience in handling authority approvals and registrations

? Familiarity with DM, DCD, DDA, Trakhees online systems & procedures

? Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills

? Immediate joiners are highly preferred

? Knowledge of MEP and construction-related documentation will be an advantage
