We are now seeking a dedicated Google Ads expert to drive our paid search performance to the next level.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist with a proven track record of managing AED 150,000+ monthly budgets exclusively on Google Ads. This is a specialist role focused entirely on paid search, display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns -- no social media, no SEO, just deep expertise in the Google Ads ecosystem.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, as you will create and optimize campaigns for a diverse audience in the UAE and MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize large-scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Manage high monthly budgets with strict ROI targets and cost efficiency
Develop and implement advanced targeting, bidding, and audience segmentation strategies
Create, test, and optimize ad copy in both Arabic and English to maximize CTR and conversions
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters
Analyze performance data and deliver actionable reports and insights via Looker Studio
Continuously monitor market trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management
Proven history of managing AED 150,000+ monthly ad spend on Google Ads
Expert knowledge of Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Ability to craft high-converting ad copy in Arabic and English
In-depth understanding of Google Ads bidding strategies, Quality Score optimization, and conversion rate optimization
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
