Maintain an average CTR of 2-3% across all ad formats.
Cost Efficiency:
Optimize campaigns to ensure a CPC below $1.50 and a CPM under $10.
Brand Awareness Lift:
Conduct brand lift studies and analytics to measure a 15-20% increase in brand recall post-campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop a data-driven awareness strategy utilizing Google Ads (Display, YouTube, Search, Discovery).
Conduct market research to define high-potential audience segments and optimal geo-targeting.
Strategically allocate the $500,000 budget to maximize visibility and engagement across Google platforms.
2. Ad Creation & Optimization
Design and implement high-performing creatives, including display banners, responsive display ads, YouTube bumper ads, skippable ads, and discovery formats.
Run A/B tests on visuals, ad copy, headlines, and CTAs to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and optimize for Quality Score and Ad Rank.
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Use Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Marketing Platform for real-time campaign tracking and optimization.
Leverage automated bidding strategies (e.g., Target CPM, Maximize Impressions, Target ROAS).
Continuously refine audience targeting using in-market segments, affinity audiences, custom intent, and Customer Match.
Provide weekly reports with actionable insights and improvement strategies.
4. Reporting & Success Metrics
Deliver monthly performance reports including key KPIs, spend analysis, and optimization summary.
Conduct pre- and post-campaign brand lift studies via Google Brand Lift or similar tools.
Demonstrate a 10-15% improvement in brand recall and ad engagement metrics.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns ($100K+ monthly).
Proven track record in executing awareness campaigns in industries such as automotive, e-commerce, or technology.
Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Display & Video 360 (DV360), and Google Analytics.
Strong performance optimization skills, particularly related to CTR, CPC, and brand lift.
Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Certified (e.g., Google Ads Search, Display, Video, or Measurement Certification).
Experience in multi-country, multilingual campaign execution.
Knowledge of full-funnel strategy, consumer journey mapping, and retargeting best practices.
Ability to integrate CRM data with Google Ads via Customer Match and offline conversion tracking.
