Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.)
Analyze and optimize ad campaigns for performance, ROI, and conversions
Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)
Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content (posts, stories, videos, and ads)
Monitor and report on key performance metrics from Google Ads and social media campaigns
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising and social media marketing
Manage social media customer interactions and community engagement
Requirements:
Proven 4+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management and social media marketing
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Manager and social media tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads Certification
Experience with car rental or lead-generation campaigns
