Job Description

About Us:

Maison de Nova is a luxury design and lifestyle brand based in Dubai, specializing in architecture, interior design, and fit-out projects across the UAE and Europe. We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a monthly content and marketing strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Manage daily posting, caption writing, and story updates for all Nova pages (Interiors, Lifestyle, Real Estate).

Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots with our in-house and external teams.

Design and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) focused on high-end audiences.

Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and media for brand exposure.

Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

Support brand identity consistency across all materials (digital & print).

Work closely with management to align content with project milestones and business goals.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in luxury, design, or real estate sectors).

Strong skills in content creation, storytelling, and brand management.

Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Creative eye for visuals, interior design, and lifestyle aesthetics.

Based in Dubai (full-time, in-office role).
