Summary




Creating seamless, magical candidate experiences with human warmth and fast-high touch processes is where we see KAYALI Talent Acquisition (TA) shining. The TA team plays an integral role in scaling a fast-growing and high-performing global team. The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a key executional role in identifying, sourcing, and engaging top-tier talent for KAYALI.




This role focuses heavily on hands-on delivery: sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, and ensuring all recruitment processes run efficiently and with excellence.


Working closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, this person ensures that all hiring activity is executed with speed, accuracy, and high attention to detail while consistently elevating the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities




1. Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Execution

Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, CV databases, referrals, and proactive headhunting to meet best in class candidate experience and meet KPI's. Identify and reach out to passive candidates to build strong, future-ready talent pipelines. Own the initial screening process and shortlist high-quality profiles for the Talent Team. Maintain visibility on upcoming hiring needs and prepare talent pools in advance.

2. Application & ATS Management

+ Filter, tag, and organize candidates effectively, ensuring only relevant profiles reach the TA Manager. + Keep Workable pipelines accurate, tidy, and fully updated at all times. + Upload documents, interview notes, and maintain all candidate information with zero errors.

3. Recruitment Coordination (Execution Focus)

+ Coordinate interview scheduling across global time zones, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers. + Prepare and send recruiting emails, confirmations, task case studies, and follow-ups. + Collaborate with Hiring Managers and support in setting up interview kits, scorecards, and case study templates.

4. Documentation & Talent Operations Support

+ Reformat, clean, and standardize documents such as job descriptions, application forms, reference checks, and candidate profile decks. + Prepare polished and consistent candidate profile decks for hiring managers. + Maintain templates, trackers, and reporting sheets used by the Talent Team. + Support onboarding operations by collecting documentation and ensuring readiness for pre-boarding when needed.

5. Talent Projects & Process Improvement

+ Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to job ads, LinkedIn posts, and team announcements. + Assist with TA dashboards, reporting, and monthly updates. + Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase speed, consistency, and accuracy.

Requirements



3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations (in-house or agency). Strong sourcing skills comfortable reaching passive candidates and conducting targeted searches. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, ATS systems, and HR databases. Strong command of written and spoken communication. Excellent time management with the ability to handle high-volume roles and shifting priorities. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies in documents, data, and processes. Organized, structured, and able to meet tight deadlines. Fast learner who can anticipate needs and stay two steps ahead of the Talent Team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
