What Will You Be Doing in the Driver's Seat?

Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, and screening to scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and final offer rollouts. Collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments to understand business needs and define ideal candidate profiles. Proactively source and engage passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networking. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless candidate management. Manage communications with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire) to identify areas for improvement. Assist with volume hiring drives as required.

What's Under the Hood:

Bachelor's degree in any related field. At least 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to find quality talent across multiple channels. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -- professional, clear, and people-focused. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while working across multiple open roles. Team-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and eagerness to take ownership. Familiarity with ATS tools and basic recruitment analytics is a plus.
