Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a seasoned and globally minded Real Estate Agent to manage international property transactions and serve a diverse, cross-border clientele. This role is ideal for a professional with deep market knowledge, strong international networks, and the ability to navigate complex real estate deals across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will represent premium properties in Abu Dhabi and abroad, offering strategic guidance to investors, expatriates, and global buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Represent and sell residential and commercial properties to international clients and investors Advise clients on cross-border transactions, legal frameworks, and market entry strategies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global real estate trends, investment hotspots, and regulatory environments Build and manage a portfolio of international listings and partnerships with overseas developers and agencies Conduct virtual and in-person property tours, presentations, and negotiations Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, relocation firms, and global investors Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to create multilingual and culturally tailored campaigns Attend international property exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in international real estate sales or investment advisory Strong understanding of global property markets, especially in the UAE, Europe, and Asia Proven track record of closing cross-border transactions and managing international clients Excellent communication, negotiation, and cultural intelligence skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or French are highly desirable Familiarity with international property laws, taxation, and compliance requirements Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle RERA or DMT certification preferred
