Role Overview

We are seeking a culturally fluent and internationally minded Global Real Estate Agent to join our elite team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in cross-border transactions, global client relations, and high-value property sales. You will represent international buyers and investors, offering tailored solutions and expert guidance across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist international clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi and other global markets Provide strategic advice on relocation, investment, and portfolio diversification Conduct virtual and in-person property tours, presentations, and consultations Build and maintain relationships with global buyers, developers, and institutional investors Stay informed on international property trends, regulations, and emerging markets Negotiate and close cross-border transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and transaction records Meet and exceed monthly performance targets
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in international real estate sales or investment advisory Strong knowledge of the UAE property market and global investment trends Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Russian, Mandarin) are a strong asset UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Professional demeanor, globally aware, and client-focused
