Role Overview

We are looking for a globally oriented Real Estate Agent with experience in international property sales and investment advisory. The ideal candidate will be fluent in multiple languages, culturally aware, and capable of managing relationships with clients from various regions. This role involves guiding buyers and investors through property acquisitions in Abu Dhabi and beyond, while navigating international legal and financial frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Represent international clients in buying, selling, and investing in UAE-based properties Provide expert advice on market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements Coordinate with legal, financial, and relocation professionals to support cross-border transactions Promote listings through global marketing channels and international property exhibitions Build and maintain relationships with overseas investors, developers, and referral partners Stay informed about global real estate trends and emerging markets Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and compliance documentation

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international or high-value real estate sales Strong understanding of global property markets and investment principles Fluent in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Russian, French, Mandarin, Arabic) Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural relationship skills Valid UAE real estate license preferred Familiarity with international tax, financing, and legal structures Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms Willingness to travel for exhibitions, client meetings, and networking events
