Key Responsibilities:

Advise high-net-worth individuals and international investors on real estate opportunities both within the UAE and globally. Build and maintain a global network of clients, developers, and industry professionals to foster long-term business relationships. Stay up to date on real estate market trends, opportunities, and regulations across international markets. Collaborate with local and international teams to source, market, and sell properties tailored to clients' investment goals. Conduct virtual and in-person property consultations and tours for global clients, ensuring a seamless experience. Provide insights into market growth potential and investment benefits, including opportunities for obtaining residency or citizenship through property investment programs. Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with both UAE and international property laws. Leverage advanced marketing strategies and platforms to promote properties to an international audience.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Extensive experience working with international clients and real estate transactions, with a strong network in global markets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of international property laws, investment trends, and market dynamics. Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation.
