Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior traders in executing trades accurately and within required timeframes.
• Monitor real-time market movements and update the trading team with key insights.
• Support multi-asset class execution including equities, fixed income, FX, and commodities.
• Conduct research on global markets and analyze economic indicators, market trends, and news flows.
• Prepare daily market summaries, data sheets, and research notes.
• Contribute to strategy development by providing data analysis and relevant insights.
• Help monitor trade exposures and ensure adherence to internal risk guidelines.
• Report potential risk issues to senior traders promptly.
• Participate in structured training and on-desk learning programs.
• Stay updated on financial instruments, trading systems, and global market developments.
• Assist with trading documentation, reports, and internal presentations.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless trade processing.
• Support compliance requirements by maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory standards.
• Participate in compliance training and follow internal controls at all times.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Zero to two years of experience in trading, financial analysis, or internships in financial markets.
• Basic understanding of trading concepts and financial instruments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg or Reuters is an advantage.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
