Role Overview

We are seeking a fluent German-speaking Property Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a proven ability to manage property transactions for international clients. You will be responsible for guiding German-speaking clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist German-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings and provide market insights tailored to international buyers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors Translate and explain legal documents, contracts, and procedures when needed Stay informed about market trends, property listings, and investment opportunities Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and cultural sensitivity Use CRM systems to manage client interactions and transaction records Meet and exceed monthly performance targets
Qualifications

Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or consulting Strong understanding of the UAE property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
