Key Responsibilities
Assist
German-speaking clients
inbuying, selling, and renting properties
in Abu Dhabi. Provide expert advice onmarket trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities
. Conductproperty viewings and negotiate deals
on behalf of clients. Build and maintain strong relationships withclients, developers, and stakeholders
. Stay updated onreal estate regulations, legal requirements, and industry developments
. Develop and implementeffective marketing strategies
to promote properties. Maintain accurate records oftransactions and client interactions
.Requirements
Fluent in German and English
(additional languages are a plus). Proven experience inreal estate sales or leasing
, preferably in the UAE market. Strongnegotiation and communication skills
. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
. Knowledge ofAbu Dhabi's real estate laws and regulations
.UAE driving license
