Role Overview

We are seeking a fluent German-speaking Property Specialist to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales or leasing, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide German-speaking clients through the full property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

Assist German-speaking clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings, consultations, and negotiations with cultural sensitivity Translate and explain contracts, procedures, and legal documents in German when required Build and maintain relationships with international investors and expatriate clients Stay informed on market trends, developer launches, and regulatory updates Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Qualifications

Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the UAE Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills RERA certification or willingness to obtain it UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
