To support our growing customer base and internal operations, we are currently looking for a
German-speaking Office Assistant / Customer Service employee
to join our team on-site in Dubai.
This is an
on-site full-time position
in our Dubai office - perfect for organized and motivated individuals with solid German language skills.
Your Responsibilities:
Handle
customer communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp
(in German)
Enter orders, create offers and order confirmations
Answer customer questions and provide basic
product and service information
Perform
general office and administrative tasks
Coordinate internally with logistics and the sales team
Maintain and update customer data and documents
Your Profile:
Fluent in German (minimum B2 level)
- essential
Basic English skills for internal communication
Experience in
office administration or customer service
is an advantage
Good with email, Word, Excel - tech-savvy is a plus
Reliable, well-organized, and detail-oriented
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate (Visa support available)
