This role will focus on innovation, product development, and process optimisation for meat products, ensuring alignment with market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities of the role: Develop innovative meat seasoning blends tailored to market trends and consumer preferences. Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct sensory testing for taste, aroma, and shelf life optimisation. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain for seamless product launches. Optimise formulation costs while maintaining high quality standards. Requirements: German national Possessing a degree in Food Sciences/Food Technology 10+ years of international industry experience in meat, seasonings, functional ingredients, and/or flavours.
