The Role

Position Title:

Assistant R&D Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: RAK, UAE About the Client: A group of company serving high-performance industrial coatings, specializing in automotive, construction, and transport sectors. : o Lead the formulation and development of new coil coating and paint products tailored to customer requirements and evolving market demands. Ensure innovation, performance, and alignment with regulatory and environmental standards. o Continuously review and enhance existing formulations to improve product performance, reduce costs, and support sustainable manufacturing practices. o Manage multiple R&D projects from initial concept through to commercialization, in close coordination with the R&D Manager. o Supervise and provide guidance to junior chemists and support their technical development and ensure effective execution of daily laboratory activities.



Requirements

Open to Asian Nationalities, 35 years old and below o Must have aBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Paint Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field o At least 4 years of R&D experience in coil coatings, preferably in a senior or supervisory role o Expertise in formulation development, raw material evaluation, and coating performance testing is a must
