Company Description SellAnyCar.com is the Middle East's largest online car buying platform, helping customers sell their vehicles quickly, safely, and at fair market value. You'll be the CEO's right hand owning his calendar, communications, and key projects while bridging English and German-language stakeholders across Europe and the GCC. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Travel: End-to-end management of a complex diary, visas, flights, hotels, and ground transport. Meeting & Board Prep: Draft agendas, briefings, minutes, and follow-up actions for internal/external meetings and quarterly board packs. Communication Hub: Draft high-impact emails, presentations, and reports in English and German; translate sensitive documents when needed. Project Tracking: Monitor CEO priority projects, chase deadlines, and flag risks early. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for investors, senior leadership, and key partners ensuring a professional experience in both languages. Confidential Admin: Manage expense reports, legal docs, and NDA filings with absolute discretion. Event Coordination: Organise leadership off-sites, investor roadshows, and VIP visits. Qualifications 5+ years supporting a C-level executive, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or automotive. Native-level German and fluent English (written & spoken). Bachelor's degree (Business, Communications, or similar). Mastery of Google Workspace / MS365 and virtual-meeting tools. Strong business writing, slide-deck, and data-presentation skills. Proven ability to juggle shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and confidential tasks. GCC experience or Arabic language a plus.
