100% Remote
Contract Duration: through 12/31/22 (extendable)
The resource must be available to work as per the US timezone (6:30am-2:30pm EST) Position No. 1: x4 Identical Resources: Composer, Routing, Routing strategy, modify route, dev in Genesys rules engine. Position No. 2: x5 Identical Resources: Developers and integration developers to work to develop custom WWE functionality Core Qualifications:

• 5+ years of User Interface/User Experience development in Genesys
• 5+ years of experience with hands on development in Java and JavaScript
• Experience in designing, developing, testing and debugging Genesys Workspace Web Edition (WWE)
• Experience integrating WWE with CRM solutions
• Genesys PSDK experience

Additional Desired Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Genesys Web Applications (Client/GWE/GWS) API
• Java or C# .NET development skills
• HTTP, JSON and REST web services
• Genesys Softphone
• Strong programming and integration experience
• Experience in Agile software development methodology and practices
