Job Title:

General Typist

Experience Required:

1 to 2 Years (UAE Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, type, and format official letters, reports, and internal memos as per company standards. Maintain and update employee records, documents, and files systematically. Type Arabic and English documents accurately (if applicable). Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism. Support HR and Admin departments in preparing letters, NOCs, and visa-related documentation. Ensure timely submission and filing of all typed documents. Coordinate with PRO and HR for document preparation and processing. Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing. Maintain organized digital and hard copy filing systems. Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration training is an advantage. 1-2 years of UAE experience in a similar role. Proficient in typing (English; Arabic typing is an advantage). Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
