highly skilled Typist with hands-on experience in Sharjah government portals and procedures

to join our team and support our operations in the Sharjah branch.

Job Summary:


The

Typist (Sharjah)

will be responsible for handling all documentation, visa typing, and attestation tasks related to

Sharjah government entities

, including MOHRE, Immigration, SEDD, and other relevant authorities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience with

Sharjah-specific laws, portals, and business setup procedures

, ensuring that all applications and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Visa & Government Typing:



Prepare, process, and submit visa applications (issuance, renewal, cancellation) using

Sharjah-specific e-channel, MOHRE, and Immigration portals

. Coordinate with HR and clients to ensure all documentation complies with

Sharjah government regulations

. Maintain accurate and organized records (digital and physical) for all visa and government-related transactions. Guide employees and clients regarding document and visa requirements as per

Sharjah's labor and immigration laws

.

Business Setup & Licensing Support:



Assist in preparing and typing documents for

company formation, trade license renewals, and amendments

under

Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD)

. Liaise with Free Zones and mainland authorities in Sharjah for business registration and clearance processes.

Attestation & Legalization:



Handle attestation of personal, educational, and commercial documents through

Sharjah-based ministries, embassies, and MOFAIC

. Track, verify, and update clients on document attestation and legalization progress. Ensure compliance with the latest

Sharjah-specific legal and procedural updates

.

Requirements & Qualifications:



Education:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in any relevant field.

Experience:



Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in Sharjah

handling MOHRE, Immigration, SEDD, and related portals. Strong understanding of

Sharjah government laws, documentation processes, and business setup requirements

.

Skills:



Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of government procedures in Sharjah. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Effective communication and coordination skills with clients and government departments. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
