Typist

to support our Documentation process .

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Typist

with prior experience in typing official documentation such as

Emirates ID applications, labor contracts, and medical forms

. The ideal candidate should have at least

1 year of experience in English and Arabic typing

, with a

valid typing certification

.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately type and prepare documents related to: Emirates ID applications Labor contracts and related documentation Medical application forms Ensure proper formatting and error-free documentation in both English and Arabic. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity Coordinate with relevant departments or government portals to complete required formalities Meet daily/weekly targets for documentation processing

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in English and Arabic typing Prior experience with

Emirates ID, labor, and medical documentation

is

mandatory

Must possess a

valid Typing Certificate

Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

and government e-services portals Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Good communication skills in both

English and Arabic

Preferred Qualities:

Fast and accurate typing speed Familiarity with UAE government systems (e.g., FAWRI, TASHEEL, etc.) is an advantage Ability to work independently and under pressure
