Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process immigration and visa-related documentation.
Coordinate with clients to collect, review, and verify required paperwork.
Submit and follow up on applications with embassies, consulates, and other authorities.
Maintain organized records of client documents and application statuses.
Prepare files for visa interviews and legal submissions.
Ensure compliance with immigration laws and confidentiality standards.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding application progress.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or documentation roles (immigration industry preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
