Job Description

  • Handle all communication channels of the organization in a fluent and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a detailed timeline of employee travel along with the incurred organizational expenses.
  • Schedule and manage all appointments and meetings to ensure they happen at the required time.
  • Communicate fluently in telephonic conversations by adhering to organizational ethics and protocols.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to the intended departments.
