A leading signage and outdoor media company in Sharjah is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager
to head its sales division. The role requires extensive experience in signage or advertising sales, a strong client network across the UAE, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic business development, client relationship management, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring continuous development and high performance.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, retail, government, hospitality, and real estate sectors.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market pricing to stay competitive.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.
Ensure timely payment collection and high levels of client satisfaction after project completion.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in signage sales (indoor, outdoor, digital, wayfinding, exhibition stands, or related fields).
Strong knowledge of the UAE signage and advertising industry with an established client base.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
