A well-established signage and outdoor media company in Sharjah is looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented
Sales Manager
to lead its sales function. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in signage or advertising sales, a strong network within the UAE market, and a proven ability to generate revenue through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring continuous training and performance improvement.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, retail, government, hospitality, and real estate sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Collaborate closely with design, production, and installation teams for seamless project delivery.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Ensure timely payment collection and client satisfaction after project completion.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
10 years' proven experience
in signage sales (indoor, outdoor, digital, wayfinding, exhibition stands, or related areas).
Strong knowledge of the UAE signage and advertising industry with a well-established client network.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
