Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing daily operations. Monitor performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.
2. Team Leadership

Support in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff members. Supervise and evaluate team performance, addressing any issues as needed. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Customer Experience

Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly. Gather and act on customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
4. Financial Oversight

Assist in budget planning and cost management. Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profits. Generate reports and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
5. Administrative Duties

Oversee scheduling, inventory, and supply management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Manage vendor relationships and maintain necessary documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using management tools and software. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
