- Lead and oversee the operations of sales, marketing, HR, and finance departments to achieve company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers such as EMAAR, DAMAC, and SOBHA.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the company's competitiveness in the luxury real estate market.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team to enhance performance and productivity.
