General Manager (Tourism) Salary: 11,000 AED - 14,000 AED Our client a Start-Up in Dubai is looking for a General Manager who will be reporting to the head office aboard to perform the following duties: Take overall responsibility for the Inbound/Outbound and GSA businesses, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Initially focus on developing the Outbound segment, requiring strong knowledge of ticketing and packaging. Lead and multitask, managing a small team of core staff. Oversee a team of 2-3 Executives specializing in ticketing, outbound packages, and inbound tourism. Maintain a dotted line reporting structure with the Assistant Manager - finance. Seek industry experts with over 10 years of experience, including 3-4 years in a senior position within a similar company. Ability to bring in secured business will be a key requirement. Build and maintain relationships with government institutes, tourism associations, and key corporate clients. Uphold strong business ethics, corporate governance, and promote a positive staff culture. Take ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) statement and drive business growth.
