The Role
Position Title: General Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Attractive Market Competitive Package / Salary (Negotiable) Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-established group of companies with expertise in diversified business units such as technology, healthcare, real estate, tourism & hospitality : . Responsible for leading and managing overall UAE F&B business operations, Sales and Profit management, FSC Management, Brand development, organizational effectiveness and People management . Develop F&B country level strategies for sales and profit growth, and achievement of F&B quality and people targets . Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation . Control profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures . Maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports and take appropriate actions . Be creative in generating profits and ability to take the brand to Europe and other locations.
Requirements
