GoodMove is launching its first hotel project in Rabat:
LINEA Hotel by GoodMove
, a new premium hospitality concept combining modern design, innovative guest experience, and personalized service.We are looking for a
General Manager
to lead the opening, operations, and growth of the hotel.Responsibilities :
Manage all daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. Oversee reception, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest relations. Implement operational standards aligned with GoodMove and LINEA brand values. Monitor occupancy rates, revenue targets, and guest satisfaction. Create a positive and motivating work environment. Develop and implement hotel budgets and cost-control plans. Monitor KPIs, revenue, and profitability. Ensure premium customer experience . Maintain brand consistency, cleanliness, safety, and service excellence. Support sales strategies to increase occupancy & revenue. Represent LINEA Hotel with professionalism and brand vision.
Requirements :
Previous experience as a
General Manager
(mandatory). Strong background in hospitality, hotel operations or luxury/aparthotel sector. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset with passion for hospitality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a new opening.How to apply :
