Lead the Owner Association Management business and be responsible for achieving budgeted financial targets. Implement strategy to increase the asset value and brand value of the community.
Adhere to the rules and regulation of RERA & applicable laws.
Responsibilities
Engage in the strategic development, planning and implementation aspect for the business needs.
Develop short term and long term Strategic plan for the business.

Plan and achieve the Budget P&L for the business
Monitoring and reporting to the board members on the status of the company and any changes to the business plan.
Lead all Operational head of departments to drive financial growth.
Continuously review customer needs and align services to ensure customer loyalty and increasing the customer base.
Monitoring budget to control expenditures
Engage effective Operational Organizational structure and control the same for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify processes that can be automate to increase overall productivity and achieve substantial cost savings and increase internal and external customer base
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor\'s Degree in engineering or additional Post Graduate master\'s degree in General Management/Finance/Marketing/Operations will be an added advantage.
15 to 20 years\' experience in the Community Management/Owner Management related Companies with 5 years as General Manager or Business Head proven track record of having achieved substantial growth and productivity/profitability targets.
Certifications issued by RERA and Dubai Land Department etc.
