Job description Main Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Reporting to the Business Head, the candidate would have to identify business development opportunities and prepare an action plan to achieve the goals. \xc2\xb7 He/she will possess good understanding of the Jointly Owner Property (JOP) & Property Management (PM) Market in UAE. \xc2\xb7 Visit Freehold areas in Dubai to identify under construction buildings and meet with the senior person on site to gather details for the decision makers in the developer\xe2\x80\x99s office to meet and discuss regarding further business opportunities \xc2\xb7 Visit areas within other Emirates of UAE to identify business opportunities for JOP or PM management \xc2\xb7 This person will be tasked to follow up on leads with developers/banks/investors on the ground in UAE and acquisition of Community Management companies. \xc2\xb7 Effective lead generation and credentials pitch, followed by outreach through meetings, calls, communication and follow-up, to maintain and build active pipeline. \xc2\xb7 Developing and implementing sales plan to drive external growth. This will include contacting the right divisions/contacts. \xc2\xb7 Serving as main contact for investors, landlords/owners and developers. \xc2\xb7 Articulate to clients & prospects the benefits of JOP & PM and educate them about new ideas and new ways of thinking. \xc2\xb7 Assembling/presenting management proposals to third party owners and negotiating management contracts. \xc2\xb7 Assist in technical proposals, capability and staffing sections and other areas as appropriate; contribute to the technical approach sections of proposals as required. \xc2\xb7 Gain and share understanding of prospect\'s organization, processes, business strategies, product or service offerings and decision-making structures and conduct market intelligence and analysis on selected targets and competitors. \xc2\xb7 Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively highlight the value proposition of your company\'s services. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate and close contracts with new clients, ensuring win-win outcomes. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the owners\' association industry. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (both are essential). \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. \xc2\xb7 Excellent time management and organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
