The General Manager will be responsible for business growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance within the Dubai market.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee
day-to-day operations and overall business performance
Execute business strategies to drive
revenue compiling growth and market presence
Manage procurement, collection, processing, and distribution of oil/biofuel products
Ensure compliance with
Dubai Municipality, environmental, and UAE regulatory requirements
Manage budgets, operational costs, and profitability
Develop relationships with
clients, suppliers, logistics partners, and authorities
Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Monitor market trends and operational performance using KPIs
Requirements & Qualifications
7+ years of experience
in oil, biofuel, energy, waste oil, or related industries
Currently or previously in a
managerial or senior management role
in a recognized oil or energy company
Strong understanding of
Dubai market operations and regulations
Experience in operations management, business development, or commercial roles
Good leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
English required; Arabic is an advantage
