Job Summary: Dolphin Oilfield Equipment Services LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead its operations in Abu Dhabi. The GM will be responsible for driving business development, overseeing operations, managing procurement, and leading the engineering and technical teams., the primary focus will be on growing the business, delivering operational excellence, and enhancing technical capabilities in the heat transfer sector for the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in project execution, service delivery, and client satisfaction Lead and coordinate with the procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Implement best practices in project management, cost control, and supply chain management Supervise engineering, fabrication, servicing, and maintenance of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and related equipment Maintain strong client relationships, especially with key accounts in the oil and gas sector (e.g., ADNOC and EPCs) Ensure strict compliance with ASME, TEMA, API, and other applicable standards Direct and mentor department heads including Sales, Engineering, Production, QA/QC, Drive a strong focus on HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) culture throughout all company activities Identify opportunities for new markets, products, or services to expand company growth Foster innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes and product development Foster a positive work environment focused on high performance, continuous improvement, and teamwork Support project teams in the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and quality targets Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks in operations Provide input to high-level strategic planning but with limited direct involvement in financial and cash flow management (Finance team to handle detailed financials) Representing the company at industry meetings, exhibitions, and conferences to promote DolphinaEUR(TM)s capabilities Qualifications and Experience: BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (MasteraEUR(TM)s degree is a plus) Minimum 25 years of experience in Oil & Gas services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in heat transfer equipment manufacturing, servicing, and oilfield operations Deep technical knowledge of shell & tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and air-cooled heat exchangers Strong background in business development, client management, and operations leadership Familiarity with ADNOC projects and oilfield equipment standards in the UAE Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
