The opportunity

As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind:

Crafting a standout guest experience that turns first time visitors into lifelong fans. Owning the full P&L, delivering ambitious commercial results while nurturing a high performance culture. Championing Naumi's brand in Dubai, building strong relationships with owners, corporate partners and the local community. Leading, mentoring and inspiring a diverse team to deliver consistently exceptional, personalised service. Steering all hotel operations, rooms, F&B, revenue, sales, finance and engineering - with an eye for detail and innovation.

About you

You are a commercially savvy hotel leader who loves shaking up "how it's always been done" and creating something memorable.

You will bring:

Proven experience as a General Manager (or strong Hotel Manager/Cluster GM stepping up) in upscale lifestyle or boutique hotels. Deep understanding of the Dubai/Middle East hospitality market, including owner relations and local regulations. A track record of delivering strong GOP and revenue growth while protecting guest satisfaction and brand reputation. Inspirational people leadership - you coach, empower and hold your team to high standards. Comfort with systems, data and digital tools to make smart, fast decisions. Exceptional communication skills and confidence representing the hotel externally.
