Atlantis The Royal is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team at Ling Ling, a sophisticated Cantonese dining and nightlife concept by Hakkasan Group. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and consistent adherence to the brand's high standards. You will support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily performance, team leadership, profitability, and operational excellence across all aspects of the venue - from dining to nightlife.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
• Manage and train staff, providing coaching and motivation to achieve exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with Atlantis and Hakkasan Group's standard operating procedures and brand guidelines.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle feedback effectively.
• Oversee scheduling, performance management, and recruitment of team members.
• Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and events teams to execute creative campaigns and drive guest engagement.
• Uphold and enforce hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all areas of operation.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior restaurant management role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
• Previous experience with celebrity-chef or lifestyle dining brands preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a multicultural team.
• Proven track record in achieving operational and financial objectives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a guest-centric mindset.
• High energy, professionalism, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
