EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND : University diploma / degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Providing direct support to the Operations Director in London,
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the Operations of the Hotel and leading the team ( so operations is going to be your key work)- Operation, coordination, management,
- Be a team leader to inspire the high performance of hotel teams
- Implementations of Procedures and policies of Meli\xc3\xa1 Hotels International in alignment with the strategic plans.
Requirements REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND : University diploma / degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies).
International experience is preferred.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ( MUST HAVE) :
- At least 3 years of experience in a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a large hotel
- Your experience should be in a city style property.
- 360 degrees of Hotel Operations knowledge is a must
- Functional knowledge of all department operations.

- Be an operational manager and enjoy being in the front.
- Demonstrate ability of Human Resources Management & Talent Development.
- Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.

LANGUAGES
- High level of English is mandatory - verbal and written
- Spanish will be ideal too.
