visionary female General Manager

to partner directly with the CEO and artist-founders. This is a rare opportunity to lead the growth of a purpose-driven, creative business that blends art, identity, and global commerce.

You'll act as the CEO's strategic partner--leading day-to-day operations, aligning creative vision with commercial strategy, and managing a small cross-functional team.

What We're Looking For:

? Female leader with proven experience supporting CEOs or founders
? Strong business operations & people management experience
? Strategic thinker with commercial instinct and brand sensibility
? Confident managing teams across marketing, partnerships, and logistics

Your Key Responsibilities:

Run business operations with full ownership of growth, P&L, and reporting Oversee Shopify performance, inventory, and digital UX Build B2B sales channels (interior designers, hotels, galleries, cultural projects) Lead a focused team (social media, gallery/events lead, ) Collaborate with artists on brand strategy and campaign execution
