Job Description
NTS Group are currently working with a reputable regional Pharma and Healthcare company to recruit a General Manager, based in KSA. GM for Saudi Arabia will be accountable for the business and management of the company, establishing credibility and leadership with all members of the management team. The GM will provide strategic direction and effective management in order to ensure a strong team working culture so that the business achieves its ambitious performance objectives and systems, This includes ensuring the achievement of company objectives and profit targets and the success of new product launches, from marketing vision and strategy to implementation. Expertise should include...
- Overall representation of the company in KSA.
- Legal and fiscal responsibilities and being the representative of the company on legal/statutory issues.
- Compliance with accounting practices.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- The interface between the company and other pharmaceutical companies, patient groups, scientific organizations, main customers, suppliers and health authorities.
- Prepare and agree realistic but ambitious budgets with management.
- Maximizing the sales and profit growth of the company.
- Provide motivational leadership through personal example and by forming and leading a highly motivated management team
Expertise should include...
- Have excellent strategic thinking skills with ability to formulate, develop and execute strategy.
- Be able to successfully manage a significant budget possessing a high level of skill and experience in the area.
- Have international experience outside KSA.
- significant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing and related functions.
- Regional knowledge of the gulf market preferred.
