Job Description
NTS Group is exclusively working with a leading consumer organization in Saudi to recruit a Country Manager/General Manager. The role is responsible to build and lead a sustainable high performance country team whilst creating the annual country business plan to drive accelerated future top and bottom-line growth.

- Create the annual and midterm country business plan to drive accelerated future top and bottom-line growth.
- Deliver on yearly set business plan KPI\xe2\x80\x99s: P&L, market share, distribution, brand health indicators.
- Oversee commercial responsibilities of third-party distribution partner brands under the companies division.
- Oversee a sustainable launch of the company and secure synergies.
- Establish strong and effective relationships with external stakeholders etc.
- Plan, manage and deliver on the yearly Business Plan.
- Marketing and Sales Excellence.
- Third party partnerships management.
- Strengthen the Organization.
- Profound knowledge and minimum 10 years of A-brand experience in FMCG sales & distribution models, competitor activity and consumer behavior in an FMCG context, especially the KSA market.
- Multi-faceted marketing experience in ATL/advertising, PR, events and sponsorship marketing, experienced in below the line, sales and trade marketing functions.
- Ability to work through business strategies and implement them successfully, while managing the associated change & people processes.
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to company values.
- An entrepreneurial \xe2\x80\x99can - do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate \xe2\x80\x99best practices\xe2\x80\x99.
- A successful experience in a similar position of leadership & accountability, with strong people management skills and the ability to lead, motivate & coach team.
- Fluency in spoken & written English and Arabic is mandatory.
