Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and versatile General Manager to take charge of our daily operations and long-term growth strategy. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Drive sales strategies to expand client base and increase revenue. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers. Identify and secure new business opportunities. Operations Management Oversee production schedules, quality control, and project delivery. Optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards. Human Resources & Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training. Build a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture. Financial Management Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Oversee cost control measures and ensure profitability. Marketing & Brand Presence Guide the company's social media, digital marketing, and website content. Maintain a consistent brand message aligned with the company's values.
Requirements

Proven track record in a senior operations, general management, or similar leadership role. Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or related industries preferred. Strong business acumen with skills in sales, operations, and finance. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and make sound, strategic decisions.
