Job Description
For the job of General Manager for an investment company owned by the UAE government, we are seeking qualified individuals with efficiency. The General Manager is accountable for the overall operation of the company, including setting financial objectives, monitoring financial performance, and creating plans, programs, and a corporate culture that ensure adherence to all company, state, and federal regulations and laws pertaining to the engineering, design, and production of aviation and aerospace industry components. Concise Duties but not limited;
- Creates unique solutions for both new and existing products/processes that support our pursuit of world-class status and set us apart from our rivals. This includes communicating a clear vision, integrating short- and long-term strategies, and generating these solutions.
- Develops and implements crucial strategies to ensure a competitive advantage in workflow efficiency, supplier connections and alliances, quality assurance, cycle time reductions, and compliance.
- oversees all business activities to make that they are safe, compliant with laws and regulations, and that services are provided with quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Guide actions with an emphasis on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement that are relevant to quality, schedule reliability, cost and profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Controls how skilled manufacturing tasks like production, assembly, inspection, etc. are performed.
- Manage production processes while creating strategies to increase effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Creates and implements long-term standards for quality and safety, process improvement, and accountability.
- Initiates operational improvements that will lead to increased efficiency and reporting systems in the business\'s maintenance, manufacturing, materials, and other sectors.
- Leading the creation, assessment, and monitoring of data or reports that reflect performance to identify opportunities and problem areas for focused improvement
