A well-established automotive group in the UAE, are looking for an experienced General Manager - Service for their organisation. The role will be based in UAE and the candidate must be Arabic speaking with a proven track record managing franchised automotive Service Centres.
Responsibilities:
Engage in strategic planning to achieve business goals and objectives.
Manage the performance of the service department to achieve KPIs.
Lead the service team across multiple locations and implement processes to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase the Service department\'s profitability.
Monitor and communicate business trends, revenue data, and other relevant information to senior management.
Constantly develop the service team\'s skills to meet the changing customer demands.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Must be Arabic speaking.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing Service Centres.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
