Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic

General Manager

to lead and oversee the full operations of

Business Hub

, a multi-sector company operating in business setup, real estate brokerage, investment consulting, and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate will serve as the right hand of the owner (Mr. Khaled Saleh), and must be capable of managing teams, executing projects, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company across all departments Translate the company vision into actionable strategies and plans Supervise and coordinate business setup processes, client onboarding, and real estate transactions Lead and manage internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, operations) and evaluate performance Build and maintain relationships with key clients, government entities, and international partners Track KPIs, monitor budgets, and ensure profitability across projects Manage contracts, negotiations, and ensure legal compliance Provide regular reports to the owner and make strategic recommendations Represent the company professionally in meetings and business opportunities
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or real estate Strong knowledge of UAE business environment, government procedures, and investment structures Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams Excellent command of both Arabic and English High-level organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills Ability to work directly with high-level clients and investors Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus)
