Florentina Events LLC is an event catering company & are looking for a general manager. Florentina has recently set up their business in the UAE & has a large successful catering operation in the UK which they are wanting to operate in the UAE. Due to the nature of the business Florentina is wanting a general manager to assist with the help of setting up the business, develop new opportunities, establish relationships with suppliers & customers so the business is able to establish itself in becoming the most exclusive catering company in the UAE. Specialising in small private dining through to large corporate events. Candidates must have experience in the event catering industry , understand event hospitality. Key Qualifications/Attributes Management experience in the event catering hospitality sector Exceptional organisation skills High level of forward thinking & planning to ensure upcoming events are finalised within a timely manner Passion and interest for high quality food and service Passion for the hospitality industry Ability to lead your own team in the office and on event days Good initiative, quick thinking and problem solving skills Delegation skills to ensure your team are preforming to their best ability The successful candidate will be able to grow to be a real asset to the company as it establishes itself & grows in the market. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
