- General Manager- Petrochemical Manufacturing Urgently looking for a competitive General Manager for a fast-developing company in the petrochemical manufacturing/Trading sector, having Leadership qualities for managing overall Bulk Liquid Storage Tanks, Complete Supply chain activities, Finance and Accounts Activity, Operations activity for dispatch and logistics, HR Functions, Maintenance & EHS Functions, Security, and overall Business development & Sales related to Chemical Manufacturing Company. Responsibilities Include As follows: 1. Good knowledge of manufacturing, storage & handling & Dispatching of Bulk Liquid Products, Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Petroleum Products, oils, etc.
2. Coordination & Liaoning with various agencies like vessel agents, customs, port, Environment Protection, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economy, E-Mirsal, factory inspectors and other licensed bodies.
3. Should have good knowledge of Port Operations like vessel receiving, vessel loading, port safety, Port Tariff, Port Policies, Customs Rules, and Regulations etc. for Bulk Liquid hazardous shipments FCL/LCL.
4. Should have very good and updated knowledge of all the Compliance requirements for running a Liquid Storage Terminal for Hazardous Chemicals and Petroleum products. Should be fully responsible for maintaining all compliance licenses, permissions, consents, etc. for the Terminal.
5. Should have very good Liaoning & Convincing skills to communicate with various Government departments and other agencies.
6. Should have very good knowledge of regular Maintenance/Preventive maintenance requirements of the Liquid Storage Terminal, Manufacturing plant optimal use of all machineries, equipment, etc. to enhance their life.
7. Must be well versed with formulating Budget and forecasting for production of various raw materials and managing the overall performance while delivering value to the Company.
8. Good knowledge of Fabrication, Installation and Commissioning of Projects for Storage tanks, pipelines, Terminal etc.
9. Should have effective leadership skills in administration, people management, Team Building, Strong Communication & presentation skills.
10. Good knowledge & experience of ISO 9001,14001 & 45001, GMP, GLP
11. Must have Analytical & planning skills and problem-solving attitude.
12. Should have good knowledge of best industry practices on Environment, occupational health & safety, and security.
13. Should be responsible for Quality in Operations and Services towards the clients to ensure highest levels of Customer satisfaction.
14. Should be well aware of new technologies being introduced in this industry, new equipment and solutions being invented to enhance operations safety and improve operations quality.
15. Should ensure to maintain Terminal operations within defined budgets while not compromising on any Safety or Quality aspects.
16. Should ensure terminal staff is properly trained and participate in continuous learning courses.
11. He should have good HR & Recruitment skills as well to ensure that he has his full required team with him and ensuring proper interviewing skills. 12. Well versed with accounting functions and looking after the P&L and financial statement and reporting to the management on the financial stability of the company. 13. Looking after the sales function and make sure the sales team are object oriented and guide them to get 100 % yield.
