Job Description
Opening for the position of "General Manager" for a Labour contracting company located based in Sharjah, UAE. Salary package (AED 7,500).
- Local Experience in contracting of at least 1 year in the same field or similar field is a must !!!
- The candidate should be well versed in English, Malayalam & Hindi Language (Arabic is a bonus).
- A driving license is a MUST!
- Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for acquiring new projects and controlling of currently running projects.
- Having experience in handling concerns of 150 to 200 workers working at different construction sites on a daily basis.
- Maintain monthly targets and projections for efficient running.
- Coordinating with Site Admins, Site HR Coordinators for daily timesheets of the workers and building an effective system of order.
- Responsible for collection of payments.
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
