Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic General Manager to manage two concepts, a high-end fine dining restaurant and a wine bar in Dubai.
Requirements:

- A degree in hospitality management or a relevant field
- Prior experience in fine dining , wine bar or party lounge concepts is a MUST
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
- A strong sense of leadership and an excellent motivator
- Experience and knowledge to understand the combination of detail, quality, and volume
- Open candidates locally or overseas
- Fluency in Spanish or Italian languages will be a plus.
